How does the design process begin?
Our process begins with a discreet and personal conversation. Consultations with Candan take place either via private videocall or in our office in Munich Grünwald. The creative work - sketching and refining your vision - starts only after we have mutually agreed to move forward, ensuring a thoughtful and confidential collaboration.
Who designs the Couture piece?
Each Couture piece is created in direct collaboration with Candan, the designer behind the house. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, she personally guides the process. Every garment bears her signature touch: an instinctive understanding of how to honour and sculpt the feminine silhouette.
Where do fittings take place?
Fittings are held exclusively in our discrete office in Munich Grünwald. These rooms are calm, light-filled - allowing space to move, to breathe, and to see the garment in stillness.
Is each design individually fitted and tailored?
Yes. Each silhouette is thoughtfully tailored to your individual measurements, ensuring a perfect, graceful fit. Depending on the complexity of the piece, one or two fittings may be required to refine every detail and bring the design in harmony with your unique form.
How long does the process take?
On average 2 to 4 weeks. Some pieces may take longer, depending on the fabric or level of hand-finishing involved. We remain in close contact throughout.
What materials do you work with?
We work exclusively with premium textiles sourced from heritage mills in Italy, France, Germany, and Austria. Each fabric is selected not only for its composition, but for the way it holds a silhouette, responds to light, and feels on the skin. Only the best materials are allowed to shape the garment.
Do you accept returns?
As each garment is custom-made for one individual, returns are not possible. However, your satisfaction is essential - and adjustments will always be made as part of the process, if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery. Each order is packed by hand, insured, and handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
